Diwali - Festival of Lights
Diwali is the Hindu festival of lights (similar in importance to our Lunar New Year).
In order to help children develop an understanding of this festival and appreciate multicultural events, the school has invited LINK Centre to introduce the customs and culture of Diwali.
Celebrating Eid al-Fitr
Eid al-Fitr is an Islamic festival and represents the New Year in Islam. On this day, people will wear festive costumes, visit relatives and friends, congratulate each other, and pray for happiness in the coming year.
In order to help children develop an understanding of this festival and appreciate multicultural events, the school has invited LINK Centre to introduce the customs and culture of Eid al-Fitr.
